Apart from our services to the community as a One-Stop Career Centre System, we are going to bulid and work with  Faith Based Community Organisations (FBCO), who will assist us to develop our clients for work placements and employment.

Special Focus

Part of SMEC's value added service is supporting SME's capacity building, which in turn supports Workforce Development. We are strongly committed to their development and believe that when we assist them to become stronger from the foundation level up they will be in a stronger position to also hire staff and thus build our economic community to be come a thriving community.  This commitment is testimony to our support of the Welfare to Work programme.
