The concept of partnership working/collaboration has been around for some time. For example, many partner organisations have done some excellent work in their Future Job Fund - FJF delivery to support both employees and each other to gain maximum benefit from employment opportunities by using their specialism’s to support the FJF contract.
The SME Consortium would like to extend its partnership working to include the groups responsible for delivery of theWelfare to Work Programmes in preparation for the new way of working i.e. Big Society proposed by the coalition government. The aim is to collaborate on commissioning opportunities that align with our respective organisations’ own goals and objectives and that match expertise.
